I will greatly miss her smile and laughter she always brought with her. I will also miss her stories of Stormys escapades. I hope she is now sharing memories with mom and the flock of parrots that are surrounding them both.

Linda and I were neighbors for 36 years. My dog, Misty, a golden retriever, would run over there after our walk out back every afternoon. I would call her, and Linda would reply, "Red is over here." I finally trained her to stop at the top of the hill and wait for me and would walk her back on a leash. Then my cat would climb into her bird feeder and sleep. We shared a love for animals and a distaste for people who didn't take care of theirs. She was always willing to come over and let my puppy or dog out if I was in a pinch. Sometimes she would just drive in to check out a project I had been working on. I will miss hearing her snow blowing or leaf blowing. She always called to tell me she had the blower going, so I could borrow it. Frank did my leaves for several years! I think she ordered him to come over!!! I always looked over to see what she was up to! Her very presence, calls, and messages were comforting. I already miss her. The only consolation is that she is no longer in pain. Rest In Peace, my friend Linda.
